What IS a Portrait Party?
A Portrait Party is run much like a Tupperware, Partylite, etc. The exciting thing is instead of buying items, you are able to purchase what everyone wants most ,,,, Portraits of your little ones that last forever!
How does this work?
Simple, just invite several of your friends over that want portraits done on location ( YOUR home or a location you all agree on.. park, playground, etc ) You may have it at a set hour or run this as an open house inviting friends to come between set hours but stopping in without an obligation to stay the entire time ( if you are having many small children coming you may want to do it this way to minimize the chaos of too many tiny ones at the exact same time) .. example: Portrait Party Open House between 6-8 pm.
What would the advantages be over coming in for a normal portrait session?
The advantages are as follows :
- Children are more comfortable in their own environment as opposed to being brought to a studio where they are faced with a stranger who will attempt to photograph them.
- The normal session fee of $50 per client is waived for everyone showing up at the portrait party. There is NO session fee for anyone.
- Hostesses can EARN their children's portraits instead of paying. Portraits are something every parent counts on paying for yearly but by doing a party once a year you can actually earn your portraits instead.

What does the Hostess Receive?
1- 8 x 10” Portraits
2- 5 x 7” Portraits
8 Wallet size Portraits
(Above can be from any poses you choose with the exception of wallets, which must be all the same pose as they are ordered in groups of 8 )
$50.00 in credit toward additional portraits for any party that one of their friends book.
10% credit for sales up to $200.00
15% credit for sales over $200.00
20% credit for sales over $500.00
All pictures are displayed online and orders can be placed either online or through the hostess. The lab will confirm all orders placed and the hostess is kept abreast of any orders placed and the amount of each order and credits are applied as orders are placed. Any credits NOT used will be sent to the hostess in the form of a gift certificate to be applied toward future orders of the same session or additional portrait sessions. If a hostess has extra credit they are not wanting to use, they may request that the credit be used to issue a gift certificate for a friend or family member.
